As a musician, recording engineer and music producer Kevin has been active in the music industry his entire adult life. Prior to joining the Eagle River Band, he spent 12 years working with LateNite Audio performing around Long Island. Kevin plays lead and rhythm guitar and sings lead vocals and harmonies.
In 2008, along with his son Scott, Kevin founded Island Music Labs in Hauppauge. LI
Originally from the Washington DC area, Jim grew up with many musical influences. He learned how to play guitar & bass at 11 years old. "It made sense for me to play the bass because my 2 older brothers played guitar & drums." Jim played in original/cover band called 3DC. Jim says ”we literally conquered the DC music scene back then…we were opening up for great bands like Steve Marriott (Humble Pie), The Searchers & The Drifters, Jorma Kaukonen Roy Buchanan, & Danny Gatton”. Jim decided to move up to NY when the band went to play the Virgin Islands . Jim was an original member of LateNite Audio & played with Pickpockets and with Misspent Youth. His influences range from John Paul Jones & John Entwistle; to the raucous sound of Flea…Jim brings high energy the stage every time he plays.
Mike brings his broad musical talents t o the band. Focusing mainly on keyboards lead vocals and harmonies, Mike also adds that extra guitar part to the band when needed, and contributes to much of the vocal arragements.
Paul Henry is a seasoned musician who has years of experience performing as a solo act and with a number of bands. Singing lead vocals and harmonies along with playing acoustic and electric guitar, fiddle, mandolin and harmonica. Paul has been entertaining audiences since he was a child. In addition to performing with the Eagle River Band Paul currently performs as a solo artist, with the acoustic duo The Pickpockets and plays fiddle with the Bob Morris Irish Band.
Steve brings his tight powerful drumming to the Eagle RIver Band. Along with fellow ERB members Steve was an original member of the Pickpockets and has been with numerous other bands . When he's not sitting behind the kit he is working on setting up drum kits for many performing drummers as part of his role with Evans Drums.
No Eagles Tribute would be complete without a powerful lead guitar to complete the lineup. Guitarist Joe Savio brings this to the band. His soaring solos and rhythm chops provide the dynamic the band needed to get the true Eagles sound. Joe plays 6 and 12 string electric guitar and also contributes vocally singing lead vocals and harmonies.
